Sorry, Sorry, Sorry!!!

I am so sorry that I have not updated our blog for over four months. Since it has been that long this might be a long entry, but maybe not. Things are going good for all of us. Kris has been traveling a lot, and he will be traveling a lot in the next six months or so, for work. He just got back from Maine a week ago this past Friday, and he is leaving again tomorrow to go to California until Friday. He says he likes to travel because he gets to do some cool things while he is out but after this trip this week he says that they probably wont have any time to do anything fun and that kind of bums him out. Madi is just growing at an incredibly fast rate. She started walking about ten days before her #1 birthday and now there is just no stopping her. She is everywhere and into everything. At her twelve month appointment she weighed about twenty pounds maybe a little more and her length was a little longer than her nine month appointment, but her head was a lot bigger. That girl has a huge head, but it needs to be big to hold the enormous brain and all her brain power. Miss Madi is so stinking smart she never fails to impress me by how smart she is. I am having a hard time finding words to express how smart she is. Its just some of the things she does I have not seen a one year old do, maybe a two year old but not one. She loves to play outside and watch our neighbors dogs (who are incredibly annoying). She absolutely loves to give loves, she is constantly giving hugs or kisses, mostly hugs for us and kisses for her dolls and stuffed animals. As for me I am still going to school, working part time and having a blast being a mom. I do wish that I could be home more with her, but still have time where she can have daddy time. So there is nothing too exciting coming up what with Kris traveling and me working and going to school, but I will try to be better at writing on out blog so that I can keep everyone up to date with what is going on in our lives.
