Madi's four month's

Okay I know this is a little late since she turned four months a couple of weeks ago, but I suppose late is better than never right? Right! So her four month appointment went great as soon as the doctor came in to see her. Madi's appointment was at 11:00 am, so we got there fifteen minutes early like they asked. Well 11:15 rolled around and we still had not been called back, then 11:30 came and went, and finally at 11:45 they called us back. As soon as we got back to the exam room the nurse weighed Madi (she weighed 14.6 lbs, yeah I know she is a healthy baby) and measured her (she was 25 inches long, and I don't remember the circumfrance of her head). Well after the nurse was done we waited, and waited, and waited, then finally just before 1:00 the doctor came in to see her. I guess the problem was the people who scheduled the appointments before Madi scheduled them wrong, because they scheduled them in 10 min. slots when they should have been scheduled in 45 min. slots. So since we had to wait so long Madi's doctor did not make us pay for the appointment and gave me back the co-pay which was fantastic. Well the Dr. did the exam and said that she had a classic benign murmur, which will most likely go away but that I should remind him of it the next time we go in. Other than that every thing is good with Madi. I got a print out of the chart they use to monitor Madi's growth. I asked the Dr. how exacty the chart works. So Madi is longer than 85% of the girls that were born the same day she was, she weighs more than 75% of the girls that were born the same day she was, and her head circomfrance is bigger than 60% of the girls that were born the same day she was. So all in all she is bigger than most of the girls that were born the same day as she was. Well after that the nurse came back in and gave Madi her shots, and of course she cried, but it wasnt for very long. I just can't believe how big she is getting, and not only that but how active she is, she isn't crawling yet but she is scooting a little, its mostly in circles but that's better than nothing in my opinion. I don't have too many pictures right now, but we are going to be going on vacation to Carlsbad Cavern next weekend, and we will be seeing the sights on the way, and I am sure we will have plenty more from that, so as soon as we get back I will post all of those pictures. Well Kris and I are doing good, we don't really do much that doesn't revolve around Madi and that's why I don't really write about us (if you were wondering). Well I will write again in a couple of weeks.
